Return, Shipping, And Preorder Policy
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please shoot us a message through the contact page available on our homepage within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to rectify the issue!
Please note: Product can only be returned in original, unopened/unthrown condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in case of a normal (i.e. the correct, non-damaged product) return/exchange. Buyer is also responsible to package products in such a way that they are not damaged during return shipping.
Refund, minus the cost of initial shipping, will be issued once the product has been received by Rundfunk Disc Golf in its original, unthrown, undamaged condition.
Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped in a cardboard box with the top disc bagged.
Buyer is responsible to ensure correct shipping information is given. If possible, we will do our best to update shipping addresses, but this may not always be possible. In the case of incorrectly entered shipping details, refunds are not possible.
Recipient is responsible for all applicable tariffs, duties, or any additional fees that may be incurred or imposed by a local or national authority.
If a package is held by a shipping service, recipient is responsible for ensuring the package is picked up within the allotted pick up window and will be responsible for any additional shipping charges accrued if this window is missed.
In the case of free shipping promotions, the most economical USPS shipping method (generally Ground Advantage) will be utilized.
Preorders
Products listed as preorder (along with any other product ordered alongside one of these products) will be shipped on the official release date/time as required by the original manufacturer. While weight, color, or other requests can be made in the order notes, and we will try our best to accommodate, exact product weight, color, or other characteristics cannot be guaranteed due to limitations in stock offerings provided by the manufacturer. Due to these limitations, returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction with the product weight, color, or other characteristics (not including damage incurred during shipping) cannot be offered.
If a particular product color, foil, weight, or other combination is very important to you, we recommend waiting until the official full product release, which will allow you to pick the exact combination of products that you would like.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
If we send you an incorrect or damaged product (not including molding defects in x-out/misprint/factory 2nd products) , please send us a copy of your order receipt as well as an image of the damaged/incorrect product, and we will do our best to send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
We do our best to protect your purchases by sending every order in a durable cardboard box, if a product arrives damaged though, please send us pictures of the damaged goods and original packaging, and we will do our best to send a replacement at no extra cost to you!
Please note: Some disc colors may appear different depending on monitor or phone screen setting. As such, mild variance from the stock photos we provide is normal. Additionally, mild stamp dropout on certain stamp designs is unfortunately something that we cannot control nor rectify.
Due to the nature of mystery box/mystery products, returns are not possible for these items.
In the case of swirly, vapor, or other similar product types, there will be variance in exact color and swirl intensity from disc to disc. While we do provide product photos, these are to provide an idea of the average color of a particular product, not necessarily representative of the exact disc you will receive, which may be lighter, darker or featuring a different swirl pattern. In this case, dissatisfaction with the swirl intensity or exact color does not provide grounds for a cost free return or exchange.
Many discs also arrive directly from the manufacturer with either flaws in the hot stamp (drop-out, bridging, smudging, etc.) or visible darker flakes/flecks and other plastic irregularities in the plastic. As this lies out of the control of Rundfunk Disc Golf, the presence of these irregularities also does not provide grounds for a cost free return or exchange.
